How to pay your rent
You can pay your rent using the following methods:
You should be paying one month in advance this will prevent you from falling into rent arrears.

Direct debit mandate, we can do this via AllPay, please let us know the following information to set this up.
- Your Name/s on the account you wish to use for the direct debit.
- Your Account No*
- Your Sort Code*
- Full postal address of your bank/building society
- The date you wish for the first direct debit mandate to be taken from your account, bearing in mind that rent is due on the 1st day of every month. Once this is set up your direct debit will be taken on the same day of every month, this may vary if the date falls on a weekend or bank holiday when it may be taken on the Friday before or the Monday after your specified date.
AllPay Card: Using your AllPay rent card – Use this at any post office. You will receive your AllPay card through the post shortly after moving in.
AllPay payment app:
The existing allpay app and Internet Payments portal are closing on 11/05/2026.
To continue making payments digitally, please download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or use the allpayments web portal at https://new.allpayments.net/.
You can log in using your existing allpay login username and password. Once signed in, your account details will transfer automatically.
Please note: this is not an update to the old allpay app. The allpay app will close, and you will need to install the new allpayments app separately.
